I completely agree. I don't understand why you can't just hit the physical answer button to send an MMS/SMS/IM. So used to it on other phones i find myself hitting it all the time and it goes to the phone app. Frustrating...

Also, why have two symbol keys and two shift keys? I'd find it much more useful to have "," key and a "?" key on the main keyboard. Maybe even an ' key.

Oh come on. Double tapping the BB button is as easy as it gets. To have a particular send button would be a waste.

I'm actually of the mind that double tapping the BB button is a wasted keystroke. Hitting the phone button a single time would be that much easier/faster.
