    I was running .99 for a week or two now and everything worked perfectly, until today, when my blackberry decided the internet was no longer necessary. So i upgraded to .103 (wiped beforehand) and still nothing.

    The data is turned on, and updated the service books.

    Has anyone found a solution to this yet?

    Go check out the TELUS forum and you can read about it a bit. It's a sad day for us Telus customers wanting to access the BIS.

    Got it, thanks. That's not very reliable... Shouldn't they have some kind of a backup system in case these kinds of problems ever occur? They should.
