I had no problems with 16GB cards

Just checking. I read something here or on another forum about how some sketchy eBay sellers are making SD cards that appear to have more storage than they actually do.

There is a huge problem buying memory cards on eBay. They look real, but they're fakes.

Just Google it, eBay has quite an extensive explanation about the problem.

I bought the phone, unlocked on ebay. The SD card was included in the sale. I did not, nor would I buy (specifically)
an SD card on ebay.

It was stated that the card was upgraded to the 16GB from the original 8GB. Good thing feedback hasn't been left yet.

No where was it stated that it was upgraded. He said it came with the phone he got on Ebay. If it came with the phone it is more than likely the "factory" 8GB. card.

Uh, I am the OP. I bought the phone. The SELLER stated in the AUCTION that he had upgraded it to a 16GB card from the 8GB.

I am in contact with the seller and he is working with me as HE bought them on ebay.

I have resolved this issue (mostly) with the seller.

Thanks for everyones input on the matter.
