Hi. I have been trying to download the new OS for a few hours and it's only at 15%. Is it supposed to go this slow or do I need to close something out or what? I just don't know why it's going so slow.

    Thanks for your help.

Using OTA is going to be very slow. You are downloading a HUGE amount of data over a cell phone internet connection. There's also a greater chance of losing your settings and 3rd party apps.

Last night it was taking some people about 3 to 3.5 hours for the process to complete. I suspect it will not take you that long today, but be patient and be sure your battery has a good charge or plug in the phone to maintain adequate power.

I lost NOTHING last night with OTA... Seems like some people might have less problems doing it OTA... I will admit it does take forever, but everything or mostly everything will remain intact once complete

I didn't lose anything either. What I figured out was to do a quickpull and let the upgrade download. I was running UberTwitter and it was making the phone not upgrade.

So my advice: close out of everything thats not necessary and download it. The download itself took me 20 minutes and the actual reset another 20 minutes.

    Hope this helps!
