Has anyone else NOT had problems with the upgrade? I didn't have any leaked software. Just free downloads that were re-installed from the backup.

I didn't have any problems... of course, I upgraded a week ago and just jumped to a hybrid.

The only problem that my Storm and my wife's Storm had was just getting the upgrade downloaded. When all was said and done, it took 4 hours. It's a lot better than .75 and the camera is ten times better.

It was just as inconvient as reformatting my computer. Just going to take time to re-configure everything.

No problems on my end except for when I actually went to the Blackberry update page. I came from .75. Everything worked when it was all done. Had it for two days now and haven't found a single issue. Camera's fast, no mms issues as reported in some leaks, nothing lost in upgrade and everything still in its assigned place. Only bug is re-acknowledging the License agreements and re-enter registration codes.

No problems here. The only hitch was that it stopped at 82% the first time i downloaded it OTA. i cancelled it and restarted the download and it went straight through no problems. I came from .75 and never installed any leaks since i have a Mac.

The good i've noticed so far: Camera is faster to take a picture, The app memory has improved (I start the day off with 45MB instead of 38MB and doesn't drop as far as it used to), navigation is faster over all although i'm sure it will change as time goes on, for some reason they added a phone button on the home screen (i think it's unnecessary), & you cannot relight the screen by pressing it after you lock it and the backlight goes off. you can only relight it by pressing one of the hard buttons (kind of an inconvenience when you just want to quickly see if you have any messages if your light isn't on).

so far that's what i've noticed. i'm sure everyone will have their own different experience.

4 hours?? Took me 30 minutes. Already had .148 leak downloaded. Did a wipe and loaded her up. Did a couple battery pulls and was set. No hybrid this time tho (I usually load lyric's 5.0 files) and no shrinking. I wanna see how a full straight OS works. So far I've been impressed. Think VZW made a good call with this release.

But knowin me the full straight OS won't last long

My upgrade went smooth about 30 minutes, only problem so far as it appears my t9 for sms is gone, I tried the original fix and it does not seem to work. Anyone else had this problem?

I let DM do all the work while sitting there for 15 minutes watching it do it's magic. Now the phone is just simply faster. Went from official .75 to official .148.

Mine was already on 148 from the leak a week ago, my wife's was still on 141. I updated hers yesterday around noon (3PM Eastern) through the web update, no problems and only took about 20-30 minutes or so. I really feel for the people that had to do the OTA later last night, that was ugly.

I did the upgrade this morning through the Desktop Manager on my work machine (I use a Mac at home, and my internet connection at work is much better). The upgrade took 20-30 minutes and went without a single hiccup. No data lost, no need to pull the battery, everything's where it's supposed to be and my apps seem to work just fine.

So far it looks like a good upgrade - the phone's noticeably faster, and it seems like the battery life is better - mine's still at 80%. Under 0.75, it would have been under 50% by now. Still need to look at this over a few days' use before I can confirm, though.

The speed increase may be due to the memory being cleared when I did the upgrade, so I'll keep a close eye on it over the next few days to see if it slows down. But so far so good!

I downloaded the software OTA and scheduled it to install at 2am. When I woke up in the morning it was all good. I was .75 previously.
