So I'm trying to download the update ota and its telling me I don't have enough device memory to download it, but I have 22.5 for apps, 600 some mb on my device, and 7.3 on my card, so what's up? It says I need at least 22 for the upgrade, and I do.

the ota download was not supposed to be available until 10pm tonight

It says I have to update through my enterprise sever administrator. One problem. I don't have mine set up on the enterprise server. I figured this would be complicated. Not very confident at this point that they got this off with out any hitches.

10 pm release was the over the air update by verizon.

Doing it from the BlackBerry website isn't OTA... you have to do that through Desktop Manager.

OTA seemed to be available early for me as well. (no complaints there!) i started downloading it at least an hour ago.

i got the same memory error message when i first tried to install, but after i used my trusty quickpull, its installing just fine now.

so, as usual, the answer = battery pull

They must have started the OTA early....yay.......my number ends in 5 and im starting to DL right now.
