.148 help please.

now on official .148 and when i answer a call i have to go to options activate handset (everytime). And my voice recorder does not pick up any sounds, when I play back i get slight static as if it was trying to record through the input jack.

I think the phone is acting like there is something plugged into the headphone jack when there isnt.

Also can anyone tell me how to deactivate the voice dial when I try to plug in my FM transmiter.
