I understand that non-75 users will NOT get the Poke.
But we can't do OTA either? I couldn't care less about the poke, but if I manually check it next week, it will never show an update?

Just got the internal email. Rollout starting 10pm on Sunday. On the 31st you can download from blackberry's website (after 10 PM) numbers ending in 0 will get the update first (I believe by ota) and they will work up in numbers. If you are not on .75 you won't get the poke to do the update
Further clarification. Software .148. Platform 4.0.0.181. Release .203. This is not software 4.7.0.203 it is the same .148 that we are currently using. If you have .148 now you do not need to do anything, they are identical

wow this is great...when u say u got an internal email was that from VZ?? do u know if all users will get that email...i need this update asap kinda nervous to use the leaks since this is my first bb....u know how that goes, lol....

you are correct, sorry. the release i have installed is .181, with the new release .203 it updated. I went to process this and the changes that DM requested was downgrade the current files that are 5.0.093 on the phone.
So its basically just a waiting game now until I get a notification that I can upgrade? Or is there a way to tell on what date I can upgrade? BTW, I have a Mac so I dont have DM, I need the OTA upgrade.
I just plugged in my Storm, no update yet. So the people saying it is already here, wtf are you looking at?
I'm not lying. I just got my storm yesterday, and I just installed DM. When I plugged my phone in for the first time, it opted to update. So I did, and it was .148. So that is what I was looking at. heehee
