Okay guys, you know when you hover your finger over a letter and the other letter options pop up over it like "�". Well this doesn't seem to work correctly in os .114. It just pops up the same letter you're hovering over.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so has anyone found the cod file from .109 to replace it with?
