Thus far, .103 on my storm(purchased late january, made in mexico) has been pretty great. Albeit i have had one BBM freeze(which required a battery pull), the camera at least from .99 seems much clearer(less grainy and quicker), the typing...is much improved from .99 as well..it seems to be less laggy in texting, etc.
There are an equal amount of screen transition lags, but there has been zero keyboard issues(liek vertical/horizontal keyboard appearing at the same time) or wierd lock/unlock screen glitch problems... so overall id say its a good release and would recommend it.
At this point, it seems quicker but slightly less stable than .99... although give me a week and i'll see if that impression changes.
