.103 problem or storm hardware problem?

So my old storm crapped out. The storm just got so loose things stopped clicking. So I got a new one the other day. I upgraded to .103 immediately and restored all my data. My question is, sometimes when I click the menu button the switch application window pops up. And no I'm not holding it too long. It happens about 40 percent of the time and quite obnoxious. Then, when I was at the gym yesterday, the volume button for the mp3 player started to function as a next/back key. When I wanted turn up the song, it would change a song or two. It was the weirdest thing ever. So do you think its the hardware or the software?

The first one is a bug that has existed for some time in the leaked builds, and the solution is to turn down the key rate in the screen/keyboard options.

The second one, IIRC, is intentional, but it's part of the same problem. Your key rate is set too high, so your single press is registering as you holding the key down.

That makes sence. Let me try that out.

OK, I set it to normal rather than medium fast and the problem seems to be fixed. thanks again!
