I installed .103 and opened DM and it's not there. It's just not. What do I do? I saw a thread on how to fix it but i cant find it.

Close DM

Once installed on PC:

Goto
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research in Motion\AppLoader…..delete the vendor.xml file

Dbl Click the Loader application
