I have the loaderbackup file for 2/12 in my documents.

I open DM, and the RESTORE button is grayed out, I can't click it.

How am I supposed to restore my contacts if I can't hit that button?

Yes, the phone is connected. I saw the restore button and clicked it...then it flashed as if it would tell me which file to restore...then everything went grayed out.

try restarting DM with phone disconnected...once it is fully up, connect device, then wait for pin to show up in the DM.

if that doesn't work, restart PC, and try the above again.
