I haven't been on the forum much lately, still new to the world of BB and the forum, and the search (not having much luck with my searches), so sorry if my posts are stupid.
Just wondering if the sound profiles work on .103, since they didn't on .75 which is what I just upgraded from.
And how do I delete my threads on the forums?

Yes, they work. They've worked for a while now ever since .8x.
To delete posts you hit Edit on the post and choose delete at the bottom.
Mine don't seem to work... i change the volume for incoming calls... change it to medium and it's the same as previous... everyone was staring at me in my meeting today! haha
Try low.
Mine work. The way they work is that the sound profile change from Low to Med to High is based on where you have it set to initially on Normal. Since you can't edit each profile anymore like you could before on other Blackberries, what happens is you set the volume to what you want Normal to be. Then High/Med/Low will be a bump up or down from that Normal level... which by default is at like 7.
