Try 3 battery pulls with leaving the battery out for a minute....always works for me

I'm having the same problem. I'm on my 2nd bat pull and booting back up.

Did yours just show back up where it used to be? like in a specific folder?

Have you tried resending your service books? A quick search on the forum will provide you with the info you need in order to do this.

Ota programming doesn't do anytging with the browser.... And shouldn't *22899 for data devices, can cause some issues from what I heard.

If batt pull doesn't work, then resend service books or register your HRT.

Go to email setup, it will say: connecting to setup, then you will have to enter your BIS screen name and password, after you have logged in, press the menu button, and one of the options will be 'service books', click on that and you will have an option to resend service books. I did that yesterday, and it worked. If you dont know your BIS info, call verizon BB support, they will help you set one up

Or instead or calling in, just search the forums. This issue has been covered more times than I have fingers and toes.

Check that the browser is actually installed. Then resend your services books and register your host routing table!!!
