hi i was wondering if anyone can help me out.. i bought 2 storms 9530 off ebay.. they are verizon branded. i had alot of trouble getting a data plan hooked up but finally i did one with fido and one for my girlfreind with rogers.. now with mine which is on the fid network i cant seem to stream any videos form you tube while my girlfriend can.. were both on the ege network the storms os are all up to date but when i use the youtube app i get this message Playerexception: cannot Open tunnel Cause:java.io.IOException: cannot open tunnel... i have also tried countless time thru the balckberry browser but that does not load the video just goes to black screen but my gf starts loading almost instantly.. Can anyone Help, it be greatly appreciated

i tried clearing the cache like told but still does not work.. any other suggestions

Try clearing you're cache in the browser options menu
