As of a couple days ago I can't play most videos from You Tube. Did something happen on You Tubes end? There really isn't a good app for You Tube so I'm stuck using my browser. Anybody else?
In the same boat as the rest of you guys myself. YouTube just won't play at all, out of the many times I tried today, I got a video to work once and then it stopped playing when I tried to fast forward.
Very strange behavior indeed.

I was having the same problem even with videos I had viewed just a couple days prior and had bookmarked.
Here’s what I did and everything is working now.
The suggestion with an asterisk are the setting I believe could have been the problem. The others are just FYI.
*Don’t use Wi-Fi. Use the cell phone network.
under browser configuration
*Set your Brower to Internet Browser and don’t forget to hit Save Options because I didn’t about 3 times.
All boxes under browser configuration are checked except “Terminate Slow Running Scripts”
*Browser Identification is set to Blackberry
Under general properties
*Set default browser to Internet Browser
Your preferences for font don’t matter - I guess
Image quality is on low (faster)
Repeat animations: is set to never but it worked on “As many times …” too
Full screen and Enable Java Location are checked
Prompts before: I only have “Closing Modified Pages” checked
Hold the phone by the edges and frap the back of it real hard against a marble counter top 9 times. Just kidding on this one.
Once I got these settings, everything is back to normal.

Mine is not working either. Started maybe a week ago. Works 1 out of 20 times maybe. I have the storm 9530 by the way. Its starting to **** me off. Another reason to go to android.
