My Storm, like a lot of yours, has the "dead corners" that make typing very hard. I'm using the business card on the battery fix for now, which makes things MUCH better, but I'm thinking I'll return it for a new unit when I get back home on Monday. FWIW, I went into a Verizon store and played with the display models. The clicking WAS better better on those screens, although not as good as with the business card fix.
How many of you are exchanging your Storms for new ones? Did Verizon give you much grief over it? I'm thinking it would be silly not to get a new unit if there are some out there with normal screens.
I called today and am getting a replacement when they start shipping again. When called the first time she said I need to bring down to a store first (sat at home) then called an hour later and explained and she said no problem.
Order number and everything within 25 minutes.
