    So I call VZW to unlock my Storm, they give me a code, I enter it just as they say to do, POOF "Invalid Code, Please Wait..." WTF. I try again, POOF "Invalid Code, Please Wait...", now they are telling me that my SIM must already be unlock, even though it still says DISABLED. I tried a BP and still no change. Anybody else out there have this problem?

    You should call verizon again. They did this to me before and I called a 2nd time and was given a different code that worked.

    I'll try it again.

    I've talked to 3 different reps, and not one of them has been able to figure out why the code don't work.

    They can tell if it's unlocked from them. But not if you went through a 3rd party.

    I got the phone through vzw, when I called the first time they said it was already unlocked, the phone never was unlocked in the first place, but once I entered the unlock code and seeing the "code accepted" pop up the SIM went from Disabled ---> Inactive, anybody know what that means?

    Sorry for the dumb question.
