I purchased a storm mid June (my first blackberry) and it had word, excel, ppt, and pdf to go on it. Two days later I had issues with the phone where the backlight died and Verizon gave me a new phone. The new phone does not have these programs on it. Can someone direct me how to get these programs back?

You might want to connect your BB to your computer and go to the application loader.
They may be in there and can be reloaded onto your new device
