Wont Makeor revieve calls or messages



Right well it has signal and it reconises every sime card i put in it, but when i do a dignostics test everything comes up as ABORT, i as full signal and i have had it open to any network as im not on vodaphone.

when i ring people it comes up saying call failed and will not send or recive messages or calls, it wont even call emergancy numbers, i have had the software updated and restored to see if that was the prombelm but didnt work.

MY STORM GETS SIGNAL AND RECONISES THE NETWORK BUT WONT MAKE OR RECIVE CALLS OR MESSAGES I DONT KNOW WHATS WRON WITH THE PHONE NOTHING SEEMS WRONG WITH IT.

im hoping it just something stupid that needs doing, i have tried so much to get this working got it unlocked tried all different sim cards and not one has worked yet, we reinstalled the software for it and got a new version, everytihng is how its ment to be help PLEASE
