I am looking for info/links to find how I can put my WMV files on my Storm. I created a video in Windows Movie Maker, published it to my computer in WMV format, and transferred it to my MicroSD card, but the device keeps giving me a nonspecific error.

    Any advice?

    Thanks so much

When I tried loading a wmv file I got an "unsupported format" error.

On a pc running windows xp you can use one of the many problems out there to do this, on the mac side use flip4mac with quicktime pro. There are no free converters for this that I know of.

you can use TuneBite or Handbrake to convert the WMV file to MP4 or H.264 format which the Storm supports. both programs work very well.

Handbrake is free by the way. Tunebite has a free version but i think the Platinum version is alot better.

I was able to use Roxio Media manager that came with DM. It automatically converted WMV's to an MP4.

But ..... That was also when I was using my Curve.
