My storm is not ringing when people who I dont have specific ringtones assigned so I read on here wiping it and resoring it would fix the problem question is HOW DO I COMPLETELY WIPE AND RESTORE? also will this affect my media card any help would be great
Follow this link exactly to do the wipe and to reinstall just follow the same steps you would do for an update except do the backup before the wipe. Also the media card will not be touched since a wipe only deletes from the device memory not the media card memory.
