Finally downloaded Windows DM on my friends PC to try an OS update but when I try to backup my Storm it gives me a backup error... any ideas? This is why I use a mac...

I guess using a Mac has also negated your ability to Search as well.

Clear the browser cache on the phone prior to backup and it'll work fine. This is a DM problem, not a Windows one.

No, just too frustrated with this phone tonight! It's rebooted on me three times already and I'm running .75. Was looking for a quick answer. Thanks for the info!
