    What??? All you would need to do is resend the service books. No need to wipe the entire device and reinstall the OS.

    I had this issue once. registered 3 times. No browser. Wiped and reloaded and there it was. My response was due to my personal experience.

    Oh, I understand. Normally, though, just a reregistering of the device will do. The wipe and reload should only be used as a last resort.

    Register Host Routing Tables
    Send Service Books
    Battery Pull

    After that you should be good to go. If not, unhide all icons to see if it hidden for some reason. If still not there:

    Remove all service books entries EXCEPT ones labeled Provisioning.
    Resend Service Books

    If that doesn't fix it, reload OS

    Howarmat I was merely stating what it took for me to regain my browser. Obviously somewhere in my load the browser file was out to lunch or something.

    right but you failed to mention how to actually fix the problem.

    thats like saying i cant get my monitor on my computer to work so just reload windows.
