B) helping the community, that's what were here for or c) post on curve
Forums where he maybe be of some value he chooses no of the above
Except to post comments to start drama or continue drama. It is sad
That a device launch does this to this community every time.

and very annoying ones I may add. There is the reset issue that is plagueing many other Storm users like myself. When the screen goes white and has to reset is a big issue for me. If you look at other threads, this is common. I actually stopped into my local Verizon today, and they told me the same. Apparently, there are a lot of complaints about this issue, and hopefully the new upgrade will take care of the issue. That's my only complaint...and hopefully it will be resolved soon. otherwise, it's flawless!
However, I spoke with a Verizon rep today and she said she hasn't heard of any issues with the Storm, but they say the same thing every time a Treo user calls to complain.
My phone is working fine, albeit a little slow but it works fine. Other people on the other hand are having issues out the wazoo (do not know how or why but don't really care). They have to release an update because the OS is not blackberry fast. This is more like using an iPhone (aahhhhhhhhHHHHHHHHH) and who wants that. An iPod with a rotary phone attached to it (believe me I had both generations).
