    Before I upgraded it was a green locked lock. Now its unlocked and black. Any help please.

    That lock icon tells you if the site you're visiting is secure or not.

    Most sites it will stay unlocked, but if you were to visit a site like Paypal or your online banking site, you'd see the locked icon again.
