Before when I went into device manager I was always given several options to what applications to load/unload into my device, but now all I get is this;



Do I have to reinstall a update file?

You have to install the BB OS file on your PC before it will let you add/remove "core" apps, etc.

check to see if I had any old OS installed

I uninstalled .65 and .75

I then installed .76 (version I currently have on my storm) ans still no go... and ideas? I'm given the browse and settings options. I'm just trying to install wordmole and memo pad.
