It's the same ones you used to create your email account/accounts.

Just to clarify what Grey said:

You do not use your actual email login info. If you setup your BIS email on the Blackberry, you already created this account through the email setup app, and would therefore use the same login for this webpage.

If you do not have any email setup at this point - you will have to register an account to login here. There are two ways to access / setup your BIS account: 1) the Blackberry and 2) the above mentioned website.

If they set up the email account at Verizon when you got the phone, they should have given you the login information to get into that site.

Call Verizon and explain that you are unable to log in to BIS and that you must have forgotten you ID and password. They will resolve this with you and get you going.
