I'm guessing not until all devices which are supposed to get upgraded to OS 5.0 receive an official 5.0 release. If I recall correctly (could be mistaken), the main driving force behind 5.0 was to get all devices on the same operating system so that future OS upgrades could be pushed to all devices/models concurrently.

I could be wrong though, memory's a bit fuzzy until I get this cup-o-java down.

I guess being a 9530 user you don't know about the perks of the 9550. Let me explain, Not only does the 9550 have Wifi and more memory, but it tells you when an OS for the 9530 is dropping. I guess you should upgrade to get this great inside information.
