I have my 5th storm on the way so i was wondering how many storms youve all run through.

1st click issue
2nd got suuper dusty over time
3rd neither VZW or RIM could get the data to work on it upon activation
4th phone stopped charging, it would only maintain the charge while plugged in. battery tested out fine so they figured it was a hardware issue. (lucky i bought an external batt charger)
5th showing up on friday...fingers crossed

Im not sure why i keep bothering, i should prob just go back to my curve but when the storms working i love it. Vzw keeps sending the replacements so i guess as problems arise ill just keep ordering them. Im happy with the cust service....just unhappy with the quality of the replacements. I only keep my phones for a year anyway so i suppose ill stick with the storm. How about you guys?

First two click issues.

One refurb sent back immediately (it looked used with scratches, etc.)

Next replacement just died.

So far number 5 working well.

I'm on my first and having Baterry issues today.

My Storm was at 85% batery last night and it was dead this morning, I charged for an hour, got it to 56% and it drained to 0 in about 3 hours.

I'm not feeling like going through many Storms, if I want to downgrade to a 8330 do you think they would be ok with that? I want something that's reliable, 8330 seems stable.

Got mine Day-1, wife got her's Day-2. Mine did have a little issue about the BB key not working for a couple days, but other than that, no real issues. (default OS on both)

I'm on my first one running .148. But I am having battery drain problems and the back gets hot so they told me 2 call and get a replacement.

I've had 2. My first for a month...clicking problems. Got me 2nd in Dec. Been perfect from day 1.

I'm on 3. First one did not register any touch or click. Second one got burn-in in center of screen (very ugly white dot).

If you already have an 8330 im sure its not a problem. If you are talking about trading your storm in and getting one free or something id bet thats not gonna happen. I could be wrong though. Probably depends if your still in your 30 day grace period or not

im on my third

my first one became unresponsive to touch. the screen still clicked but the phone would not register my touch. it was probably due to the massive amount of dust under the screen.

the second one got a huuuuuge scratch on the screen somehow when i had my otter box case on it, and my otterbox case did not have a scratch (weird, huh?) and the charging port was so loose it would only charge at a certain angle so i just exchanged it for the charging port

this one has no problems, currently in the otter box with a screen protecter, and i bought some cheap rubber cases for the phone that cover the screen gaps, and some cool mirrored protectors to go on it.

On my second only because I dropped my first one in the water. Otherwise I would still be on my first. Both have worked great! I love it!

Got mine in January never had much in the way of issues. I've upgraded/downgraded ran slim OS's ran hybrids and I can kill this thing I love it. I've dropped it in the dirt while digging a trench dusted off and it just kept going.
