I use to run the tech support for Sharp electronics' PDA line in the late 90's The best OS for a PDA that I have seen was on the Zaurus line. The best feature on those units was the ability to link files or entries together. For example if you had a meeting with a person you could link that contact with the appointment. so if you accessed at appointment you would have access the other files linked to that appointment. It was a very cool feature on that model. Anyway that would be a great feature on the storm and all blackberry models over all.
