An old friend of mine worked at Verizon and knew I loved BBs so he said he'd get me a deal if I signed up and left T-Mobile.
Anyways, I paid a total of $230($180 once the rebate comes back) for the Phone, the pouch and a car charger. That includes Tax and anything else they might get you for. Along with that, I get 20% off my bill every single month because I work for an LA unified job or something... I never knew such a thing existed but apparently anyone that works for the city/gov/school gets 20% off every month. Now I don't think Verizon will offer you it unless you know the person.
What did some other peoples phone cost come out to?
Oh yeah, and after I sell my Curve I should be getting the Storm for about $30!!!! Best deal ever... and Verizons service is a million times better than T-notMobile
249 retail -100 NE2, out of pocket 149 (160 after tax), 50 rebate coming brings me down to 99 (110 after tax). Trading in my Samsung u740 to RIM for 48 dollars. So all told I will have paid around 60 for the phone.
