I don't think there is a definitive answer just yet. I was told 100 100 , 6 by a CB head VZW employee on launch day and its been working well.

I posted this in a previous thread:
    What the intervals mean
they are measured in Milliseconds and is the time between those actions tap, hover the sensitivity is driven by the little dots on the screen. Held at the right angle you can plainly see them.

The tap interval is the amount of time between taps it takes to register as a double click line on a PC with the mouse. So if you have it on 100 then you have to double tap fast to register. If you want to be able to double clock slow then you would want 500.

The hover period is the time that you have to hold your finger on an icon or object for it to register. 100 is the fastest and 500 the slowest.

The swipe sensitivity is how sensitive you want the screen. I keep mine on highest so that way the screen recognizes your finger quicker and it moves faster and smoother.
