I switch over to a replacement phone, VIA desktop manager. All my emails that was saved to my old phone transfered to my new one. However when I receive and email I'll get the notification but when I open up messages or the email icon it wont show any new emails. However I am still able to send emails.

I've resent my service books
I've done 3 battery pulls
I've follow the instructions on: BlackBerry Storm Wiki: Set up Gmail IMAP

Have you gone to setup on the replacement storm and had the email account transferred to your new phone pin? Not sure if thats covered in the wiki.

Yeah I had to register my new pin VIA bis site.


I found out what was going on. I was still getting emails but when I open my messages they were at the bottom of the list...what did I do wrong?

weird the emails are still coming but they get placed at the very bottom under the date 6th december...
