[Audizine]

Hello,
I recently got a storm... I had the pearl before...
Everything is good... I transferred all of my emails... but I couldnt set up/transfer my old "vzw.blackberry.net" email...
I tried doing it on the BIS website... i tried it on my phone... I tried creating a new email (it says email address is already taken... but that is my old email address)
Can anybody help me?

and under setting is has the option to change device
enter the PIN and ESN/MEID of the new phone
that should do it

Not sure how to do this. But what exactly is the BIS website? And what do you configure there?

i tried that already... no luck...
the email icon is on my phone... but i cannot receive or send any emails...
but that same email address is not on the BIS website...

how do i delete that email icon on my phone?
i can't delete under the email setting because that email address is not there...
this is driving me nuts...
any help please?

not really... i hate calling technical support...
i just decided to make another email address.... but i need to find out how to delete that useless icon on my phone

It should be on the site linked above under your profile if not vzw should be able to fix the problem so you can keep your address or delete it from your account. If its linked to your phone and you delete it, it will just come back next time you get an email.
