Is anyone else experiencing delays with the Visual VM? Sometimes I get the voicemail alert immediately after the missed call, but sometimes it takes 24-48 hours before I am alerted of new voicemails. Is this an issue with the phone? Or the network?
I just had the issue where it took over 2 hours for a voicemail to go through. Phone never rang to alert of a missed call, but I was probably in an area with no coverage. Also the LED doesnt go off for a while.
May drop the visual voicemail service if they dont fix it.
Called Verizon support, they reset something on their end, had me do a battery pull, they called and left a vm to test it and all is well. Can hear everything clearly now too.
