I've added visual voicemail to my plan... now, is there a serious user guide out there? I cant find anything. Not even on verizon's site.

I understand faxing to visual voicemail is possible too... but how do I use it and set it up? I would like to read something about this rather than messing around with it and affecting my daily business on my phone. Love the storm, btw... but it needs OS updates, sooner than later.

My visual voicemail locks up most of the time when I click a 'play' icon?

Kinda defeats the purpose if I gotta fiddle with it for 15 minutes to check a message.

Hoping a future update helps it.... either an OS update or application update.

Heads up for you guys....


Verizon is working on a fix for there visual voicemail program which is installed on your storm's....

They have a problem with it right now.


For me it works perfectly but many people are having issues...


as far as how it works its almost self explanatory. when you open visual voicemail you will see your messages listed visually by who they came from were you can then play anyone that you would like in any order and delete forward send through email etc etc...
