I have the BB Storm 9530 and everytime I play a video that I shot on the BB 9530, i get an error message saying "The media being played is of an unsupported format". I read a post that says to change the option of Encrypt Media Files to "No", but that did not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
