My video recorder, playback, and playing ripped videos is not working at all on my new Storm (.75). Is this just affecting a small percentage of users, or is everyone on .75 having these problems?
Should I return my new Storm, or should I assume that a future patch will fix this? I dont see many posts about this, so I think it may be my phone.
I do not want to keep a phone if something is wrong with the camera.
There are known issues with the video camera and playback as noted on the Blackberry.com/support site - look for bulletin KB17020. not sure it this is what you are experiencing as your issue.
