Can anyone tell me the various video and audio formats that are supported by the Storm? The manual doesn't provide this information.

When I try to use Media Sync, it wants me to install iTunes. I don't want to be saddled with iTunes, what's the alternative?

so you have to convert xvid and divx or is there a media player for then?
