Hi, being new to the upgrading of OS scene I have a few questions. I would like to know how to go about doing this. Is there a step by step thred or would someone be so kind as to walk me through this, please. If there is a generic step by step that we fill in the blanks with the version of BB we have than we can make a sticky for it for all to enjoy. I do not have to worry about loosing any info on the unit as it is all on my micro SD card. Oh and since this is an unlocked Verizon Storm on the Rogers network, will I loose the unlock if upgraded and does the sim need to be in or out during this process? Also should i back up the current OS? I would like to thank all of those who take the time to help me out, even if you direct me to a thread already posted about this.
