Try doing the BBcrackman hybrid. It is a better build than the straight .114 and I havent heard of any problems like yours. You will also like the performance better. Try battery pull if you dont want to try the hybrid. Physically pull the battery, let the phone sit for 3 minutes, put the phone back together, and wait 3 minutes after the phone finishes booting up so the phone can catch up to you.

Try uninstalling the os from your pc, make sure the folder where you will paste the hybrid folder is empty, reinstall the os, and try it again. That should reset the settings and such. Otherwise, call att and check to see if your sim is still active.
