I have tried several times and been unsuccessful at adding my email and setting up my blackberry messenger. Let me start off by saying thatI have an unlocked Verizon phone. My service is threw Appalachian Wireless. My browsers and etc. are working. I have set up my BB internet Service account and it sent me a copy of my username and password. But when i try to send an email it it says no message service configured. But when I try to log in to set up my email its says Unable to log in, Please check information.
I have no clue whats going on with my BB messenger but I can't get it to work. Soes anyone have any advise. I am not very fimiliar with how these things work. Any input would be useful!! Thanks so much!!

I had the same problem, I use my storm on Tmobile. I just went into the email setup then requested for the service books to be sent.

Setup>setup internet email>Service books.
