Hi,
I was on Vodafone AU.
I got my phone unlocked and it works perfectly with my Optus Sim card (which has a blackberry data plan enabled).
Today i called Vodafone and they released my Pin, i still cannot use the internet services - i do not have a browser and when i go to the browser options the only choice i have is to use the Optus Wap browser.
When i run the email setup it says "cannot connect to server"
My host routing table is empty!
What is it that i need to do to enable my data services?
I am running OS .100

when i go onto the blackberry internet service website to get the service books, it says that the device is registered with another service provider
but vodafone said they released the pin?
is there another way to get the service books?

You need to call the service provider the phone was last on

when and if Vodafone do actually release my pin
is there anything else i need to do with the phone - that is, do i need to restore the software, delete the vendor file, anything like that? because my phone doesnt have the browser or anything of the sort
I have the same problem as you, except with diff. carriers.
Edit: If you want your pin released, pm ngreen, I payed him $29 and he got it fixed for me .
