    Just noticed it this morning:
    Blackberry Storm 9530 Unlocked GSM Cell Phone - RCC51UW - Buy.com

    I haven't seen any non-ebay and well known stores sell them separately without a plan.

    Could this be a sign of inventory clearing for RIM/Etc for anticipation of Storm 2, or is it nothing?
