I'm new to this forum. It's nice to see the help you guys can give.
For a few days i've had a new message indication (a little envelope) in the upper left corner of my phone. There's no red star with it. I can't figure out what the thing is for, and it won't go away. I've checked all the inboxes i know of, and i've done a battery pull.
Go into your Messages folder and hit the BB menu key, select "View Folder" and browse through each folder until you find the message and then delete it

If this does not work, Go to the very top and highlight the date bar. Then select mark prior as opened. Although, Jancy's suggestion is what will most likely work.
