I did, thats for Custom Profiles not Custom Contact Alerts.

If you want to delete a contact's custom ringtone:

Go to Sound Profile > "Set Contact Alert" > highlight the contact > hit the bb button > click Delete

BTW checked Help > notifications. First reply of mob_fos4lif is correct & ONLY way 2 delete "custom profile". Think patches152 meant same.

Once again, I am not trying to delete a custom profile. I am trying to fix a contact with an assigned ringtone so it does not have an assigned ringtone and will use whatever ringtone I set as default for all calls.

Sounds > Set Contact Alerts > highlight contact > menu > delete.

My 1st reply works also, but is more complicated.
