I just got a storm 9530 and I'm trying to use the "Device switch wizard" to move my contacts. But I get a message that tells me that the Contacts and some other items cannot be moved since they are configured for wireless sync.
How can I change this so I can sync them?

I had a treo 700p and just got a storm. I'll tell you what I did to transfer my contacts.

1. Synced the treo with outlook
2. Exported my contacts in outlook and imported into Gmail
3. Used google sync for blackberry to sync with gmail.

I made the same move (700p to Storm). Synced Palm with Outlook then Storm with Outlook. Did google sync later.

If your service is through Verizon they can do the swap for you in store. Did that with my old Samsung.

When i go to sync storm with outlook using the Blackberry manager, it says that it can't sync the contacts because they are configured for wireless. How do I turn that off so I can sync.
