I set up this account today. I can send emails from this account but unable to send email to it. When I send any emails from yahoo to device (aka this account), it bounces back. Can anyone let me know what might be the issue?

Have you checked https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw

make sure the email account is listed there. if everything in your bis account is correct, you'll need to reach VZ
